Upon satisfactory return of the product(s) to Itech.ph, replacement product(s) will be shipped to the Customer if Game One PH is satisfied that the product(s) returned by the Customer is defective after suitable test and inspections. If the replacement product(s) is not available, a refund of product price will be made to the Customer.

Pangit systema nyo. Kahit fully paid nako sa inyo online and nung kukunin ko na yung cd sa iTech SM Pampanga, kahit na pinakita ko na yung receipt galing sa inyo from my email, my ID and my credit card used, itech Pampanga kept on asking me of my credit card receipt. Which for your info, walang ganun and monthly bill lang nakukuha namin from the bank. They gave me a hard time para lang makuha yung cd. They kept on insisting baka hindi pa daw paid. Wtf, wala ba kayong systema in place to check if fully paid na or inendorse nyo man lang sa kanila yung mga for pickup nalang. it’s never right to doubt your customers, wag nyo ipasa samin ang mali nyo. Kainis. I hope you do something about this and magimprove kayo
