Customer service is 5/5, very responsive to inquiries. As for the laptop, it’s well built, though the battery life isn’t that good, a full charge would only last 1 to 2hrs of gaming on performance mode with Mid to High settings (it also depends on what game you’re running)
Perfect for my WFH and gaming setup as well. This has an eye care technology which is good for me because I mostly wear my eyeglasses for work and so far it hasn’t caused me any eye strain even without using my eyeglasses. This is a great buy. And as for the shipment, it is quick and hassle free as always.
