Warranty and Exchange
7 day warranty is available to certain brands and products except for all Apple Products and Laptop brands.
Apple Products are directly to Apple or PowerMac service centers.
Laptops are directed to brand service centers for technical reports for replacement c/o either iTech or Service Center. For more information on available service centers for all brands, please email us at [email protected]
For any other brands/products mentioned above, the Warranty is a 7-day replacement for factory defects, subject to certain guidelines.
A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Photo or video showing the Air Waybill attached to the parcel before opening.
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging including manuals, cabling, and accessories all in good condition
We do not accept items of:
Any product(s) returned more than 7 days from the date of purchase.
Any product(s) not in its original condition.
Any product(s) that is damaged or incomplete parts.
Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
Any product(s) failure in performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, or accident.
Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue a warranty for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Upon satisfactory return of the product(s) to iTech Philippines, replacement product(s) will be shipped to the Customer if iTech Philippines is satisfied that the product(s) returned by the Customer is defective after suitable tests and inspections by the Seller. If the replacement product(s) is not available, a refund of the product price will be made to the Customer.

HOW DO I AVAIL OF A SERVICE WARRANTY?
You can email us through [email protected] about the problem you encounter with the product. Attach photos if any, and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
We only charge for the PARTS that need to be replaced. Parts are subject to availability.
i.Tech SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF ABANDONED UNIT/S IN A MANNER IN ACCORDANCE TO LAW. ABANDONED UNITS ARE CUSTOMER-PROVIDED UNITS WITH REPAIR STATUS AS FOLLOWS:
iTech Approved for release but not claimed within 60 calendar days from the date due or if erroneous or no customer contact details of customer were provided from the date of Approval for release: or
Units for confirmation, but no confirmation or device from the customer for at least 60 days from the date of last contact.
iTech shall not be liable for loss or impairment of data arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
iTech assumes no responsibility for loss or damage due to force majeure or fortuitous event.
